How much does this service cost?
There is a $2.00 PROCESSING FEE to access and print your on-line boarding pass. The $2.00
fee is per ticket. The machine ONLY accepts debit or credit cards. NO CASH OR CHECK.

What Debit or Credit Cards are accepted?
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER are the only cards the machine
accepts.

What Airlines Offer the On-Line Boarding Pass?
The following are the most current airlines that offer on-line boarding passes: AIR ALASKA, AIR
CANADA, AMERICAN AIR, AMERICAN WEST AIRLINES, ATA TRAVEL, AIRTRAN AIRWAYS,
CONTINENTAL AIRLINES, DELTA, JET BLUE, NWA, SOUTHWEST, UNITED AIRWAYS, US
AIRWAYS. These are just some but not all. The airline industry is rapidly growing day by day.
Some airlines do not offer access to boarding passes on the Internet prior to airport arrival.
Prior to booking reservations online, look for the "Flight Check-in" or "Boarding Pass" option on
the web page of the selected airline. If you do not see, contact the airline's customer
service for availability. E-Z Boarding Pass, Inc strives to keep the system updated
with the most current technology when it be becomes available from the airline.

I have a reservation, how come my boarding pass is not available?
Due to some airline requirements, fare rules, heightened security, and other issues
may prevent some reservations from qualifying for online check-in. Some airlines
only offer the check in beginning at 12:01 AM local time day of departure, up to one
hour prior to departure. Contact your airline's customer service representative prior
to flight for more details.

Some airlines offer the boarding pass/web check-in on their main home page. Others
have a direct link to the boarding pass/web check-in. Contact your airline's customer

Where can I find your E-Z Boarding Pass Kiosk Machines?
Our machines are currently available in select hotel lobbies and casino floors. Please contact
your hotel or casino before making reservations to see if the machine is offered. Our company
is growing day by day and strive to provide our services in majority of hotels, casinos, etc.
